Steel Plate Cleaner

As roller sequential steel bar pretreatment equipment, it can clean steel plate, moulding steel and steel structure. It adopts impact cleaning to remove oxidated skin and rust on surface to improve welding and lacquer-painting and replace manual or chemical treatment with mechanical degree and can lower labor force of workers. It has automatic and semi-automatic operation style without connected locks assuring security of application and repair and can form steel pretreatment production line with preheat, lacquer-paint and drying equipment, fit for manufacturer of steel, shipbuilding, container, boiler, auto, engineering machinery and bridge to clean and intensify surface of steel plates with different forms and specs. It is composed of roller passage, pellet-scrape and rear blowing device, elevator, separator and electric-control device. Indoor casing is made of high-manganese and high-chrome guarding plate.
