VIII Electric System
Electric system of pretreatment line of steel materials is equipped with central control cabin, electric-control cabin and console are installed inside which is convenient for central control, repair and observation; upper later roller table for discharging and cleaner of painting machine are equipped with sub-control table and sub-control cabin.
Outside roller table has similar speed control to avoid quality of pretreatment of steel materials; stepless speed control is realized as transducer is adopted to control roller table with stepless speed control, high precision, high automitization, high precision, simple operation and high reliability.
Adopt PLC programmable controller with high automatization, multi-functions, it can measure thickness, height, displacement control, projection angle and numerical control function; locale signal adopts high-quality proximity switch and photoswitch with precise control.
Divided into adjusting and working style: adjusting type fits for debugging equipment, different parts can be started at different periods, fit for maintenance; while working style fits for normal working, all parts can only be started according to sequence
Start dust catcher, separator, elevator, lateral screw, vertical screw, elevation screw (rotating), rotating brush (rotating), shot blower and abrator in sequence for every 10 seconds, then switch power supply of transducer, start preheater and electric heater, the line can be carried out after requirement of preheat and drying reach the requirement.
Temperature of preheat and dry can be adjusted automatically to set temperature.
As for working, remove steel plate with electromagnetic crane to support of lateral part, press button to lateral input then lower slowly, workpieces are put onto inlet roller table, lateral transporter backs to former position, then press automatic roller table button, then it starts tow work, then press roller table Ⅰ to start the button, steel materials will be moved forward to enter into preheat room, stacked onto former rollers. There are two pressure rollers for width measurement.
Steel materials are divided into steel plate and profiled steel. If it is moulding steel, projection angle of PLC control abrator will move to H position automatically
If it is steel plate, projection angle of abrator will remove to B position. After roller is pressed, Displacement circuit of PLC starts working to open strobe to clean workpieces when they enter into blasting part and close the strobe after they leave the area. Workpieces will keep going forward to enter into cleaning district.
Cleaning is divided into manual and automatic type: As for manual style, use button to lower rotating brush and elevation screw to proper position. Automatic style: elevation screw and rotating brush can go to top automatically. After entering into cleaning district, elevation screw and rotating brush will lower automatically; when steel plate or moulding steel is selected, elevation screw and rotating brush will stop to clean the workpieces if photoswitch is kept off.
If painting machine adopts automatic working style, as well as spray gun, rise spray gun to certain height which will not change any more. If not, painting machine can be operated manually or the whole line can only carry out steel materials cleaning.
After entering into drying room, press first roller, then it will rotate automatically, the steel materials will move forward and transfer to high speed after leaving the pressure roller. After certain distance is left (now secondary roller has been pressed), discharging roller will stop; Press button to let lateral outlet roller table enter, then lift the steel materials, then back and remove the steel materials out. If steel materials are not removed timely, all working line will stop automatically (feeding roller table, working roller table, strobe and spray gun will stop). After steel materials are removed, the secondary roller will replace, normal running begins. If roller table needs to be backed, choose pause. Cancel pause, running will start.
Checkout device for strap of elevator is set, then all operation can be stopped if strap skids except separator, lateral input and lateral output effectively avoiding jamming of pills transportation system.
Stimulation screen on console is equipped to show working state which is good for observation and control to enhance working efficiency.
Emergency button is set to stop the line and avoid accident after pressing any button.
