V Painting Machine

Composed of painting room, lower and upper painting dolly, driver, height measuring system, pneumatic system, high-pressure air-free painting pump and pipes. Running direction of upper and lower dolly is vertical to feeding direction, adopt frequency variable speed control to work alternatively. Photoelectric checkout device of lower and upper painting dolly are set with PLC automatic control, upper and lower lance will open automatically if there are workpieces; if will close if not.

Upper inlet, lower outlet, harmful air will go out to reach requirement if it is negative pressure inside.
