Composed of abrator, cleaning room, elevator, separator, spiral transporter, impact cleaning and shot-supply system
1. Abrator
As key part, it can greatly affect cleaning quality, service life and maintenance of steel materials. Adopt one-disc curved impeller high-efficiency abrators which are in highest flight in the world, shots are input via inlet pipe to throw high-speed shots popped by pill-round, sizing jacket and impellers onto surface of workpieces so that rust layer and dirty on the surface will fall off fast gaining bright surface with certain coarseness, then adhibiting force of film and materials is enhanced, anti-fatigue and anti-corrosion performance of materials can be enhanced. 2. Cleaning Room
Composed of frontal airproofing room, shot-blasting room, back airproofing room, brushing carton and rear-blow room, many doors for repair and alarming marks are set in cleaning room. Front and back rooms adopts assembled type, bolt connection, good for transportation, installation and adjustment. Many wearable rubber hanging type airproofing curtains are set for front and back airproofing rooms with good airproofing effect and no leaked pills.
Abrator is equipped at empty part of roller shaft avoiding friction of high-speed bills onto jacket of roller shaft. In order to lessen deflection of thin plate after cleaning, upper and lower abrators are collocated symmetrically so that impacting force of upper and lower pills can be at one beeline. Shot-blasting volume of upper and lower abrator are strictly adjusted so that force on thin plate can be balanced out on the thin plate and lessen deflection and curve of thin plate.
Dust-catching parts are set at front, middle and back part of cleaning room to improve ventilation state of room and assure that no powder can go out.
3. Pill-cleaning system
After cleaning, pills leaving on the surface will be cleaned into spiral groove which then will send them to taper hopper and removed by sprayer and blower, then bright surface is got
Rotating brush is composed of speed reducer, brush hair, brush shaft and photoelectric checkout
Working position of rotating brush, elevation spire and high-pressure rear blowing are automatically set by photoelectric checkout with high precision as brake motor driver is adopted.
High-pressure rear blower adopts is to blow air current brought by high-pressure blower fan onto surface of steel plate to blow pills away so that surface is clean without any dust at all.
4. Elevator
Adopt high-tech from America, composed of upper driver, lower driver, canister, strap, materials hopper and checker of rotate speed Elevator adopts eccentric type discharging, tension device is set at two sides of upper side to adjust elasticity of strap conveniently. Alarming will be given when rotate speed of lower strap is lower than setting vales to avoid malfunction brought by strap and pulley.
5. Separator
Adopt high-tech from America, composed of speed reducer, spiral conveyor, separator, automatic adjustable strobe, turn valve moment motor control strobe and control strobe for max shot-blasting volume. Belong to flow screen type; shot-blasting adjustable strobe and ventilation volume adjustable guarding plate are set to control wind speed at 4-5m/s in order to enhance separation effect of pills. Heavy hammer type flow screen adjustable guarding plate is set to control even thickness of flow screen and enhance separation effect.
