III Preheating device

   Two forms for users to choose:

1. Electric far infrared radiator heating style:

   Passage type casing is made of steel structure, heat-preserved rockwool is fully filled among layers of casing, rubber airproofing are set at the two sides so that preheating room is formed. Steel materials will be heated by radiation, 40-50℃ is available.

2. Hot water heating

Composed of C type socket plate, two pieces of channel beam are available for this large size casing and can be used as support to transport spherical self-aligning bearing, forming preheat room with good airproofing performance. Steel materials are heated by electric heater to 70℃, then hot water will be sprayed to steel plates by hot water spray-duct then the temperature can rise 40 to 50℃

3. In addition, gas and oil heating are available according to requirement of users.
